UmJana Academy

Sitekoom designed and developed the Um Jana Academy platform entirely from scratch, creating a complete digital learning ecosystem that combines the student experience with the academy’s educational, operational, and financial management in one integrated platform.

The platform provides students with a seamless learning experience, allowing them to browse available courses, explore course details and educational content, select the courses they are interested in, complete the payment and registration process, and access their purchased content through their personal accounts.

Beyond the learning experience, the platform includes a comprehensive administration system that gives the academy full control over its digital operations. Administrators can manage courses, educational content, students, registrations, payments, sales, revenue, and financial reports through a centralized dashboard.

The system was also designed to provide the academy with clear insights into its educational and financial performance, allowing the management team to monitor revenue, transactions, payments, registrations, and overall platform activity in an organized and efficient way.

Throughout the development process, special attention was given to usability, performance, content organization, and user experience. The platform features a responsive interface optimized for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
